Another week, another #wcw. Today we are spotlighting, former First Lady of the United States, Hillary Rodham Clinton. Before she was the nation's First Lady, Hillary served as Arkansas' First Lady for twelve years. She chaired several committees in Arkansas which laid the foundation for her work in the White House. Hillary has always advocated for people. Focusing on children's issues, gender equality, and universal healthcare, Hillary has taken a stand for what she believes in and has yet to falter under public scrutiny. This dedication is her most admirable attribute. Her work did not stop with the White House. She was elected as a New York Senator in 2000, ran in the Democratic primary in 2008, served as Secretary of State under President Obama, and has been rumored to be gearing up for her campaign in the 2016 presidential election. Through all of her accomplishments, Hillary continues to work for what she believes in and has become a symbol of empowerment to women everywhere.
