Blogging takes time. That is something many people may not realize until they start their own blog. You want to be relevant in your topic and eloquent in your wording, both of which take time to consider. Coming up with a schedule and a blogging ritual may help in clearing out a block of time in your schedule and making the most out of your time.
Carve out enough time to write, re-write, proofread, edit, etc. You do not want to be rushed when you blog.
Give yourself a workplace. Remove any distractions, provide any tools, and make yourself comfortable. Having an area specifically for blogging may help you get straight to business.
Have ideas ready. It will be much easier to start writing when you already know of a topic you want to elaborate on. Keep a running list of ideas on your phone and update it whenever you feel inspired. You will appreciate this when it is time to write.
Post when you are ready. If something does not seem ready to post, then give it time. Stepping away and coming back with fresh eyes will ensure you post content you feel confident about.
