#SpotlightSunday: Mary Grace Shaw

This week’s Spotlight Sunday is one of our Brand Ambassadors, Mary Grace Shaw! Mary Grace is a third year, Digital Broadcast Major at the University of Georgia. She hopes to become a reporter upon graduation and work her way to anchor status. Aside from her studies and brand ambassador duties, Mary Grace also works closely with our social media coordinator. Her experience with social media and technology goes even further with her previous work in developing a native app for smart devices through the new media program at UGA. Always very active with different organizations, Mary Grace also spent her spring break in a village in Nicaragua building water sources for that community. She enjoys going new places, hanging out with friends, and getting outside as much as possible. Mary Grace believes that online portfolios are crucial to making yourself stand out to employers because they go above and beyond a single page resume. This is especially important when applying for jobs and internships. Amazing point, Mary Grace! Thank you so much for all that you do!
