WHEN SHOULD I CREATE AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO?

NOW IS THE TIME! DON'T WAIT TO START BRANDING YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL, BUSINESS, OR ORGANIZATION.
TIMELINE SCHEDULE:

 

Day One - Fill out the Dean's List Google Form describing your plans for your portfolio and pick your package. You can also schedule a conference call to talk about your vision for the site. You'll also send your initial deposit over Venmo or mail check/cash to 308 W.49th St. Apt. 1FE | New York, NY 10019

 

Day Two - See the framework for your website after I send you your temporary web address. You start to get a better idea of what you want once you see the beginnings of your site. Send me more of your vision/ideas as you view the website at your leisure.

 

Day Three - Send me all of your content that you want on the portfolio  (photos, videos, text, articles, information) to our shared DropBox folder. Everything you need will be inside your personalized folder. Don't have an account? Create one in minutes by clicking the link above! This material will then be transferred to the site beautifully and in an organized manner!

 

Day Four - Continue to send edits each day as the site is being built or shoot over any ideas that pop into your head!

 

 

Day Ten - By this point, the majority of the site will be complete. Make sure all of the content or multimedia elements that you would like to display are on your new online portfolio!

 

Day Thirteen - Send over your final edits. It's almost finished! All of the finishing touches will be completed on this day.

 

Day Fourteen - You're on the Dean's List! Your online portfolio is complete!! Buy your domain name (www._____.com) hosted by Wix.

DESCRIPTION:

We all know that life gets a little hectic and you don't have time to learn coding to integrate your business into the digital world. You also don't want to have to hire someone full time to do your website. Leave the legwork to The Dean's List and I can have your vision come to life digitally in an online portfolio in 2 weeks.

DON'T FORGET:

You can send me your ideas & updates about what you want to change/add/delete at anytime. This is on your schedule, so send over things at your leisure! Just remember that after the 2 week time period, I no longer edit your site (unless you pick the President's List and get 6 months of additional support).
 
OUR TIPS:
Simple is better. Less is more. Don't try to overwhelm your audience, fans, or viewers with too much content. Get to the point!
